What does PRE ORDER mean?
Pre order is when items are not in my possession and will be arriving at a later time, around 2-3+ months, from the manufactuer to me. May be shipped sooner if I have a small amount in stock. PRE ORDERS are meant to gauge how many items to produce.
How long will my package arrive?
Please note with the delay made by precautions of COVID, it may vary.
Approximate time for orders without PRE ORDER
USA - About 1-3 weeks or longer
International - About 2-3 months, depending on customs

All packages somes with tracking provided by PirateShip. If it has been scanned by the post office, I am no longer responsible for any missing packages. Please contact your local post office to follow up.
Can I get a refund on my order?

Why is my charm scratched?
Please peel off the protective film that was left by the manufactuer. Usually with glitter epoxy, one side is already removed. You will need to remove the OTHER side.
